The mission of the Cooperative Action to Reduce Landfill is to decrease pollution by inciting a universal incentive to cut down on trash output.
We shall accompish this by placing a tax onto the disposal of trash to limit the amount of trash disposed. We want to encourage each American household to reduce waste produce from an average of 36 pounds to 35
pounds of trash per week. Citizens will be allowed to dispose 35 pounds of trash every week without charge. Exceeding the 35 pound limit will result in a fee.
